Stephen Bruce, owner of Serendipity 3 restaurant in New York, didn't hesitate to partner with the New York Euphoria jewelry to create the Frozen Haute Chocolate, a really expensive ice cream which is the result of a blend of 28 cocoas, including 14 of the most expensive and exotic in the world, which includes an infusion of five grams of edible 23-karat gold.

This extravagance is served cold in a golden cup where its base is a 8 carat gold bracelet and 1 carat white diamond , decorated with edible gold, with touches of La Madeleine au Truffe (the world's most expensive chocolate).
Also eaten with a humble gold spoon with diamonds , which fortunately you can take your home once you've enjoyed this delicacy.



Would you pay all this amount of money to eat a dessert? Or maybe youwould pay it to taste an unique dessert?

I may nit pay all that money for an ice cream.

In Spain, this dessert is as common as Paella.
It's from Turkey, from when the arabians tried to conquer Spain.

It's common to eat it at Portugal Spain and South America.


This dessert can be eaten cold or hot, and we usually put cinnamon, vanilla or lemon peel on it.





Ingredients:

2 cups of water
1 cup of rice of medium-grain or short-grain size
1 cinnamon stick
1 can of evaporated milk
1 can of condensed milk
1 / 2 cup raisins (optional)
1 1 / 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 / 4 teaspoon of salt
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
Cinnamon

Preparación:

1. In a pot place the water, rice and cinnamon stick. Let boil and then lower the flame at low heat. Cover and cook for 12-15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed (do not let it stick to the pot).

2. Pour, while stirring, the evaporated milk, condensed milk, raisins (optional), vanilla and salt. Let it boil.

3. Combine a portion of the rice mixture with eggs. Add it to the rice mixture from the pot. Mix well, stirring constantly, and boil.

4. Serve warm or cold with cinnamon on top.

Hello!!

It's been long since we've updated~~
Many things happened but I really forget most of this things haha

Catalonia has prohibited bullfightin. Nice to know.

I don't really know what to say.. today I was listening to an awesome music album called: The Epic of Zektbach.

It narrates a nice epic story, the lyrics and music are awesome. I love it.


I was thinking since lots of days to make a cake, I need strawberries >3<
There's many cakes to make, I love all of them.

I was planning to cook lots of things, but unfortunately, I'm not always allowed to do it... it's a pitty, I wanna cook lots of things everyday, I wish I could decide every day what to cook and have the ingredients >3<

I think it's lucky to go to buy every day the ingredients, this way, you can decide at the morning what you need and buy exactly what it's needed.


Maybe I would strive many days to make sweets and desserts, and to cook many kinds of foods too. I like to cook recipes around the world, it's awesome! I can figure the tastes of another countries.


But of course I like to taste what other's cook.


I think I'll leave ti here haha I'll update a recipe today~~

It's been days since I updated, I was very sucked into a game called P3P (Persona 3 Portable) it's the portable version of Persona 3 with an option to have an alternative vision of the game if the protagonist was a girl.

Leaving the game aside.


Lately, my tiny dog Chispa (but I call her Pochi) is having a bad time, I don't know what's happening but she seems to have spams and vomits without throwing anything from her mouth. Plus she whines, and that's pretty weird for a dog to whine for simple stomachaches...

Tomorrow we'll take her to the vet with the other puppies to check all of them.

They are very old but, they seem younger than their age, specially the eldest one haha

I hope we can heal Pochi...




Today Yu-chan is working, I'll be able to speak with him later~~


I don't have many things to say, I'm a little down about Pochi's health.
